Welcome to Hillcrest Internal Medicine. We look forward to working with you. This website was created for your convenience to have access to updated information about the office, office contacts, and access to the patient portal. The patient portal is a link that will allow you to contact your doctor with questions. There is an option for patients of several of the doctors to request future non urgent appointments. Please take a look at the patient portal and let us know what you think. In order to have access to the patient portal, you must contact our office to provide an email address and you will be given a password. This allows us to keep your information protected.
Thank you for using the patient portal. The patient portal is meant for BRIEF messages to your provider or the staff. Please do not leave urgent messages on the portal. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent matters after hours, call the office and press 1 to talk to the doctor on call. On call messages are usually returned within 30 min, if no response please try again or call 911. Portal messages are usually not accessed after hours, weekends or holidays. If you have not heard back from the office within 48 BUSINESS Hours, please call the office. If you leave a message for a refill please include the pharmacy you wish to use, we require a minimum of 48 hours, after the request is received, to process your refill .
