For more detailed information regarding HIPAA regulations, please contact our office for a copy of our policy or ask for a copy when arriving at your appointment. Due to HIPAA regulations, we have strict guidelines to whom we may speak with regarding your care. Please provide a written authorization with your signature to speak to named family or friends to our front office personell. This includes interactions such as picking up prescriptions or reports or scheduling appointments.
